We created a new brand illustration style to give this typically B2B service an engaging feel and mailed a 'passport' that explained Parcelforce's international proposition. Prospects were offered access to a free world map and guide to sending parcels abroad as an incentive to reply – with an interactive version of the map available on a dedicated web page to compare delivery speeds and costs.
