A disruptive approach for a new market

British Gas may be a trusted name in central heating, but their research revealed that their brand did not have traction in the home security market. We suggested a humorous, 'off brand' approach to capture the attention of householders who trusted British Gas. We rewrote the story of Goldilocks and created a 'fairytale' for direct mail – updated with the addition of 21st century surveillance technology.
