A new proposition for the home shopping market
Successful etailers know they can win new business by offering a wider choice of delivery options. Parcelforce Select is a new service that enables online shoppers to choose when, where and how their parcel is delivered as they place their order online. To explain the breadth of choice available we created a variety selection box to represent the various aspects of this tailored delivery and returns service. We promoted Select through a direct mail campaign to 100,000 etailers and supported this with digital advertising plus an online animation that explained Select in 60 seconds.
