To emphasise the need for early planning we offered etailers insights into Christmas shopping behavior in June. By highlighting online shoppers’ concerns about delivery and return services we made the case for etailers to offer their customers more choice at the online checkout. An integrated campaign was supported by a micro-site packed with Christmas planning information to reinforce Royal Mail’s position as a trusted expert.
