Leads to Success has the highest Return on Investment of any of Parcelforce Worldwide's campaigns. Around 25% of employees now participate in this rewards scheme, which has generated over £100 million of additional revenue from thousands of new customers. By spotting new business leads staff earn points that can help them pay for shopping trips, home improvements and special treats. We created posters to encourage more staff to become ‘spotters’ and simple pocket sized leaflets for drivers to log leads on their rounds.
