Direct Mail recognition campaign for teachers

Building an ongoing relationship with Schools was proving difficult with email alone. A toe in the water with a festive direct mail piece, proved without doubt that Headmasters and Administrators were much more receptive to a personal, tactile approach. The star shaped chocolates were popular with schools and the messaging ‘How many gold stars do we deserve?’ provided a platform for TES to access how well they were doing via a short questionnaire. We recommended including a small incentive to win an iPad mini for the staffroom to maximise the response from schools.
