DX – Making customers feel more loved

The DX Exchange network supports a unique community of 25,000 across the UK and Ireland whose members send and receive secure mail by paying a subscription for a ‘little blue box’. We were briefed to improve retention by helping users make more of their membership.

We brought our direct mail campaign to life by creating a quirky character called Hamish who arrived in a ‘little blue box’ with lots of handy tips, plus an offer to trial exciting new services for free.
