Royal Mail

The challenge

Royal Mail is the greenest delivery partner for letters and parcels in the UK, due in part to posties delivering the majority of parcels on foot, and they were looking for a campaign to promote this to prospects and customers.

This cross-channel print and digital campaign needed to sit seamlessly alongside the consumer Footprints TV ad, complementing the tone and visuals but with its own distinct B2B identity.

The creative

We created a suite of campaign materials including direct mail (small and light to fit in with the sustainable theme!), press advertorial, social media, paid digital and email – all directing towards a bespoke landing page that explained why Royal Mail was so green, and how they were striving to become even greener.

We blended photography and illustration to demonstrate how posties are ‘light on their feet’, alongside punchy but playful statements.

The results

This campaign has only very recently launched, but has already generated almost 1,000 leads for Royal Mail.
