National – Relaunching a loyalty scheme for business travellers

Business travellers are bombarded by loyalty schemes and bamboozled by intangible future rewards. So, when National asked us to relaunch their US scheme for an EMEA audience, we focused on the immediate, ‘instant’ benefits of membership – such as access to fast-track check-in counters and free vehicle upgrades.

Our campaign communicated the speed, choice and control that Emerald Club membership offers the business traveller. This was supported by a photographic style featuring an emerald theme, plus new literature with an engaging tone of voice.
