Our tracked festive campaign covered flexible next day delivery options, easy Parcel Postbox returns and international delivery via the world’s most trusted local providers.
Online shopping boom? Royal Mail’s unique ‘trusted delivery’ USP was strengthened with the launch of new inflight technology that would put shoppers in control of their deliveries. Our digital campaign encompassed engaging social animation, online video, GIFs and emails, with a dedicated landing page containing ‘at a glance’ retailer and customer advantages.
We amplified the campaign by fully engaging the sales team ahead of the external launch. To kick start the campaign each sales person received a unique PURL key which linked to a personalised landing page. Our internal facing landing page gave the Royal Mail team a knowledge bank of campaign assets, incentives and tools to effectively initiate, continue and close sales conversations with customers.
