Royal Mail Gearing up for Christmas 2021
Christmas 2021 will likely be defined by big spending, with the e-commerce demand staying and customers continuing to shop in-store. Royal Mail wanted to let businesses know the ways in which their services could help maximise festive sales. To do this, we created a multichannel campaign focused on customer testimonials - to build Royal Mail's reputation as the perfect peak delivery partner.
Case studies from, amongst others, Hotel Chocolat, Monica Vinader, and BAM Bamboo Clothing gave a personal touch to content spanning direct mail, a campaign landing page, emails and socials. Each mailer used personalisation to identify how long each business had been sending with Royal Mail to celebrate their history together.
Socials used these case studies to build Royal Mail's reputation around their key offerings, including Tracked delivery, easy returns, and sustainability.
